Pharmacy Weight Loss Sandwich is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) based in Sandwich, Kent, UK. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services in accordance with UK law and GPhC standards of practice.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical criteria or who provides false or misleading information.
Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with certain medical conditions, or those already prescribed medications that may interact with weight loss treatments. Our clinical team will assess your suitability during the consultation process.
All prescriptions issued through our service are provided by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical assessment. We only dispense prescription-only medicines where clinically appropriate and in accordance with GPhC guidelines.
You must provide accurate and complete medical history during your consultation. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a serious risk to your health. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise stated.
Our pharmacist retains the right to decline to dispense any prescription where there is clinical concern or where insufficient information has been provided.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will only be taken once your order has been submitted. However, dispensing will not begin until your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist. If your order is declined for clinical reasons, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as medicines cannot be resold once they have left our pharmacy. This is in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for general informational and clinical assessment purposes only. It does not replace personalised medical advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly encourage you to inform your own GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our services where accurate information was not provided during consultation, or where our clinical guidance has not been followed.
